A Collaborative Effort for the Community

The Phase One development is a testament to what can be achieved through collaboration. The Yampa Valley Housing Authority (YVHA) and Steamboat 6732 Partners have partnered to bring this visionary project to life, backed by $1.84 million from the local mill levy, a generous land donation, and $4 million in state grants.

The City of Steamboat Springs’ backing in the amount of $10 million in short-term rental (STR) tax funding will be used dollar-for-dollar to reduce prices delivering great value to buyers with discounts to market up to 56%. Sales prices can be reviewed here.
